Discovering Singapore Zoo in a new light
Crashtest was tasked to create digital marketing materials to not only promote the event, but to highlight the immersive activities across the different multi-sensory zones of this award-winning park. We focused on capturing the unique night time atmosphere and endearing creature crew members throughout the various collaterals. Even though different mascots were featured during the 3 seasons of Rainforest Lumina, we kept the overall animation and brand identity consistent for this successful long spanning campaign.
Rainforest Lumina Season 1’s featured mascot was Maya the Orangutan, the embodiment of creativity. Maya’s special ability was to grow plants with a touch of her hand and this was reflected in the animation for the banners and videos.
Tairee the White Tiger, the representative for courage and season 2’s campaign, believes in taking leaps to try new things. Tairee’s special skill lies in finding creative ways to solve problems. This character’s powerful personality was the inspiration for the dynamic animation throughout the collaterals, and especially so for the motion graphic videos.
For the climatic season finale, Slip the sloth, embodying the virtue of patience, brought to close one of the most rewarding projects we’ve had the pleasure of being a part of.
